Her style of teaching follows flowing, breath-lead movements threaded together with moments of pause.
My personal yoga path started around 20 years ago. I initially came to the practice as I liked the idea of seeing what my body was capable of. Over the years I realised the heart of yoga sits not in the body alone, but also in the breath. The practice can help bring about a sense of stillness.
In 2012 I completed my first 200-Hour Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow with Rebecca Ffrench of YogaLondon. Since then I've completed another 200 hour qualification with my teacher and friend Mark Whitwell - Heart of Yoga. I've completed other numerous trainings and courses in specialist areas, have attended a variety of workshops, read and studied many books and my study still continues... There is so much to learn!
Yoga is not just a physical practice, it encompasses all areas of your life and in this way, can be truly life changing.
The practice of Yoga just makes life a bit easier to navigate.
I look forward to meeting you.
